Brand new 9-axis CNC machine designed for cutting and processing PVC profiles.

The loading table feeds the profile, processes it, cuts it and then unloads the finished profiles in fully automatic mode without the need for an operator.

Powerful and versatile software can handle predefined processing lists, optimizing them to minimize losses. The cutting head allows cutting at an angle of 45° to 135° with servo-controlled head positioning.

The machine consists of 4 main parts:

• Feeding-loading table (3 CNC axes)
• Machining module – 10 electrospindles (3 CNC axes)
• Cutting module – 550 mm diameter disc at an angle of 45° to 135° (2 CNC axes)
• Receiving-unloading table (1 CNC axis)
